Growing Together

The Saintfield Community Garden brings together volunteers who share a passion for growing organic vegetables and supporting their neighbours. All produce grown in our garden is shared freely with local residents, helping to promote healthy eating and food security in our community.

Our commitment to organic growing methods means we use no synthetic pesticides or fertilisers, creating a space that is good for people, wildlife, and the environment.

The garden has been recognised by Newry, Mourne and Down District Council for our contribution to green space volunteering, and we have recently negotiated additional space with the Council to expand our growing area.
